Payments: Payment must be made in full to secure your booking. If payment is not received in full and on time, Blended Wellness reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by the applicant.

We accept payments online, or at our premises in advance using credit or debit cards in AED. When you purchase packages, you will be prompted to pay through our third-party payment provider through a payment link. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records.

Cancellations and No-shows: Classes must be cancelled 12 hours in advance to avoid charges. Classes not cancelled prior to that time, including no-shows, will be charged in full. This also applies to changing to another time slot. Cancellations can be made by calling (04) 423 8313 or texting the reception team directly on +971 58 567 6718

CHANGES BY Blended Wellness

Whilst rare, it could at some stage be necessary to make minor alterations to the booking and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed. Although most changes will be minor ones, we reserve the right to do so but will advise you of any issues arising from such changes.
If it is necessary to make a significant change before arrival, we will advise you as soon as is practicable. We will then offer you the choice of: – accepting the changed arrangements notified to you, purchasing an alternative day, time or service, or full and prompt refund of all monies paid to us.


We may take photographs or movie shots of the premises, classes, events, and other activities relating to Blended Wellness. You may be included in some of these photographs, either individually or as a group. We reserve the right to use such photographs or movie shots for press or promotional purposes unless you instruct us otherwise.
Some of our classes are recorded for purposes of streaming content on our social platforms.
